Role
The Challenge
Top-level diamond sponsorship (a $1m+ agreement)
- Sustaining engagement across massive footprints: Maintaining unified messaging and high attendee engagement across wildly different physical zones—including a massive 40 x 40-foot booth at the Venetian Hotel expo center, a mobile trailer activation, and an off-site restaurant venue buyout.
- Elevating brand narrative beyond traditional tech booths: Transitioning from the multi-partner co-branding structures of previous iterations to a streamlined, premium individual identity as a pure-play industry giant for the 2026 event.
- Scaling visual assets across diverse formats : Translating core strategic messaging across vastly disparate physical surfaces, ranging from the huge, continuous canvas of the outdoor trailer wrap shown on the trailer, down to highly specific, small-scale interactive signage templates for on-site engraving activations.
- Capturing high-intent traffic in Las Vegas: Cutting through the high-stimulus environment of a major Las Vegas convention center to draw foot traffic into a localized booth space while keeping messaging clear and cohesive from the moment attendees spot outdoor media to their deep-dive indoor interactions.
The Framework
1. Unified creative narrative strategy
- Adapt the 2026 integrated campaign for the custom-designed booth, restaurant buyout, and trailer.
- Communicate the “AI Builder” story to instantly telegraph market leadership that bridges the gap from AI to impact.
- Adopt a bright, optimistic color palette which leverages striking geometric, origami bird elements that visualize the transformational nature of AI technology, anchored against a deep corporate navy background to create maximum visual contrast.
2. Physical & spatial multi-zone architecture
- The activation anchor (trailer): Utilize a complete, high-impact vehicle wrap across all four panels of the mobile unit, serving as a moving, unmissable billboard to capture attendee attention on its journey from Boise Idaho, to Las Vegas, Nevada.
- The central hub (booth #3203): Design a multi-layered, interactive environment within the 40 x 40-foot Diamond-level footprint, utilizing a massive structural fabric hanging sign, a localized reception counter, private meeting areas, and dedicated presentation backdrops.
- The hospitality extension (restaurant buyout): Transition the high-energy conference messaging into a intimate, high-touch relationship zone using custom interior and exterior panel structural transformations to create an exclusive, fully branded dining environment.
